How can I use Buy For Me?

Complete the Buy for Me form. Be sure to include any links or specific details about the products you are interested in. Our sourcing team will respond within 24 business hours

What is the service charge?

The service charge for Buy For Me ranges between 5% to 10% of the total amount, depending on the volume you are ordering.

Can we ship to other locations outside Heroshe Warehouse?

No, we don’t place orders to other shipping companies or locations outside of Heroshe

Is the Shipping fee also included in the service charge?

No. The amount for shipping is not included in the Buy For Me service charge. Shipping to your destination is a separate service, and you'll be charged based on the weight of your shipment.

Can Heroshe pay for my items upfront, and I reimburse them later?

No, Heroshe does not offer upfront payments for items. The cost of items plus the service charge will be communicated to you, and payment has to be made in advance before we proceed with placing your order.

How can I know the timeline for the Buy For Me process to be completed? and does this also include the shipping timeline?

We'll prepare your quote within 24-48 business hours of your request. After payment, your order will be processed and placed with suppliers within 24 business hours. Shipping times are additional and vary by supplier location - we'll provide these details with your quote.
