How It Works
Send Us Your Inventory
Send your products with their inventory details to our local warehouse. We will ship them to our US fulfilment center.
Track Your Shipment to the U.S.
Get updates on your inventory from the drop off location to its arrival at the U.S. fulfilment centre.
Confirm Inventory After Arrival
Once your products arrive at our U.S. fulfillment center, we'll send you a confirmation of the inventory received.
Notify Heroshe of Sales
When a sale is made, notify Heroshe via the provided channels.
Deliver Orders to Your Customers
We’ll prepare your customer orders and hand them off to your preferred shipping carrier.
Some of the things you need to know
We answered some questions so you don’t have to ask them.
You can drop off or deliver your packages to our Lagos business hub, and we’ll handle the shipping to our U.S. warehouse. Alternatively, you can also use your preferred carrier. Please note, we currently don’t offer a pickup service.
It costs $10/kg to ship from Nigeria to the U.S. warehouse via air.
We charge 15% of the sales cost of the item for handling. This includes storage, picking, and packing, but excludes the cost of local shipping to customers.
Merchants are responsible for purchasing shipping labels. Heroshe will pack and get the items ready for the carrier to pick up and deliver to the customer.
Heroshe will provide updates on the stock level of your inventory on a weekly basis.
No, we don’t charge a separate fee for storage. The handling fee includes storage, picking, and packing.
We accept a wide range of non-perishable products. The only items we don't accept are consumables and perishable goods.
