How many customer requests can I handle at a time?

There's no limit to requests you can accept. Each requires action within 24 hours - either send an invoice or decline. We'll help manage your workload by automatically assigning or reassigning inactive requests.

What percentage of commission do I earn as a Plug?

You’ll earn 30% of the service fee paid for each "BUY FOR ME" request.

How long does it take to receive my commission after a successful transaction?

Your earnings can be received once you reach $50. Payments are processed within 24-48 hours of your request.

Is there a penalty for not fulfilling or accepting a request within the stipulated time?

No penalties. Inactive requests are automatically reassigned to other Plugs after 24 hours to maintain service quality.
