Services
Heroshe through its website, subsidiaries & affiliates provides international procurement and logistics services from USA to individuals and businesses in Nigeria requesting products from Online Retailers.
Paid Services and Fees
Some of Heroshe’s services are available only by submitting a fee payment. For example, to have Heroshe ship items you’ve ordered to Nigeria, you will need to pay a shipping fee. The shipping fees, which include all clearing of customs and duties, are published on the site in advance. When orders are made, shipping invoices will be sent out every week. The payment balance on shipping invoices must be paid prior to international shipment.
In some instances, where you have opted to subscribe to our services, you may even register to pay monthly and annual fees billed in regular intervals automatically. In order to provide uninterrupted service to you, these monthly or annual charges will happen automatically. However, you have the freedom to disable the auto-renewal or cancel your subscription at anytime. Unless that occurs, we will charge you the applicable amount using your preferred method of payment that you have filed with us. Your renewal period in such instances will be equal in time to the renewal period of your current subscription.
Only payment methods stated on our websites are accepted as legitimate modes of payment. Currently, we accept all major credit and debit cards in local currency. We also allow individuals to pay via bank transfer and wallet deposit. No individual or agency outside the communicated account representatives and bank institutions is authorized to accept payment on our behalf. We are not responsible for losses from dealings with or payments to unauthorized parties. Payment for an order by the Customer indicates acceptance of this agreement and authorization to proceed with the order.
When you provide your payment information, you represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any. If these, or any other payment terms are not met, we reserve the right to withhold order shipping processing.
Customer Responsibilities
All charges required to fulfill a Customer’s order request including item cost, taxes, shipping and handling charges, and service fees, currently in effect or established in future, will be billed to the Customer. Shipments Generally
Your items are shipped as they arrive every week. Items deemed fragile or susceptible to damage will ship in original packages. Loose items like some shoes, may be placed in shoes boxes. If an item is extremely fragile, additional crating and packaging will be applied at the customer’s expense. If such additional crating becomes necessary, Heroshe will inform you to make a payment via your account.
After items arrive at the Heroshe warehouse for shipment, the final shipping weight will be determined by Heroshe. This final determination with supersede any other estimates or determinations made by other shipping services or online stores. All shipping weights will be rounded to the nearest whole number. Customers are expected to make payments for their shipments before the 90-day free storage duration expires. After this period, the customer begins to incur storage fees and would be required to pay the storage fee alongside the shipping fees once they are ready to ship their items.
Damage or Loss
If a package was parcel protected prior to shipment, we will work with the shippers to assess damage or loss and file a liability claim. If the claim is approved, the customer will be issued a 75% refund of declared package value. If the damaged/lost package was not parcel protected, customer is fully liable for damage or loss according to our Terms of Use. Also Note that Heroshe will not refund shipping fees.
Heat-sensitive and Perishable Items
Heat-sensitive and perishable items like Gummies, jellies, ice cream, sausages, etc are vulnerable to high temperatures and may be impacted during transit, particularly in warm weather or when shipping to regions with elevated temperatures.
We take appropriate measures to minimize heat-related issues during shipping. This may include using insulated packaging materials. While we employ these precautions, we cannot guarantee the condition of the heat-sensitive items upon delivery.
Also note that it is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate information regarding the nature of the shipment, including the sensitivity of the items to heat. Customers should consider the external temperatures at the shipping origin, destination, and any potential layovers or transfer points.
Heroshe will not be responsible for any melting, spoilage, or damage to heat-sensitive and perishable items resulting from external temperature factors during transit.

Shipping Policy
- We ship packages every Thursday.
- Our shipping schedule is subject to change without prior notice. But, we’ll communicate the change to customers.
- Packages are processed as received and we do not consolidate multiple items in a single box.
- All items deemed as fragile or susceptible to damage will ship in original packaging. e.g shoes, electronics e.t.c. We’ll crate very fragile items upon request and at the customer’s expense to avoid damage.
- We process shipments and send updates to customers daily. We ship packages after invoice payment.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
- We acknowledge customer shipment was received at our warehouse through email updates. No email update means, shipment was not received at our warehouse.
- We calculate International shipping cost with shipping weight determined at Heroshe US warehouse.
- The shipping weight determined at Heroshe US warehouse overrides all other shipping weight on the packages received from US online stores or courier services.
- We round UP all International shipping weight to the nearest whole number. For example, if your shipping weight is 2.1, or 2.2, or 2.3, or 2.4, or 2.5 lbs, we’ll round it up to 3 lbs and bill you for 3 lbs.
- We have the right to reject and return packages delivered to Heroshe warehouse if the package is flagged and confirmed as fraudulent.
- Items with Volumetric Weight: Please note that anything over 24 inches requires dimensions to be provided, and such items will be calculated as Volumetric Weight. Click here to learn how volumetric weight is calculated.
- Processing of Electronics: We strictly refrain from opening, repairing, or inserting any batteries or components into devices/electronics. Likewise, we do not give out any IMEI, product number, series, or other electronic information during our processing. If you require such details, we recommend contacting the seller directly.
- For security reasons, we do not alter the names or accounts associated with packages if they do not match the information on your Heroshe account. This policy is in place to protect both our customers, Heroshe and national security.
Return Policy
- Heroshe assists customers in returning items to US online stores at no extra cost before we ship the items from our US warehouse to Nigeria. But, the customer will:
- Contact the US online store and obtain a return shipping label.
- Forward the return shipping label to Heroshe.
- We process packages for return on Fridays.
- Any accrued storage fees must be paid in full before a return can be completed. This ensures that we can efficiently manage our inventory and provide timely service.
Proof of Purchase Policy
We are updating our terms and conditions to reflect the new U.S. export policy.
The new regulations will allow us to ship consumer electronics and high-end luxury goods from the United States. Going forward, all electronic items and high-end luxury goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.
This will prevent customers' items from being detained and subjected to lengthy verification by the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
The following are guidelines provided by the U.S Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the U.S customs.
- Customers are to provide their proof of purchase in any of the document formats - PDF, PNG, JPEG, or JPG.
- Proof of purchase or invoice must contain the following details: Billing address, method of payment, description of items purchased, order numbers, and shipping address.
- Customers' billing information (Name and address ) should match the shipping information (Name and address).
These procedures are in place to protect against fraudulent activities and ensure that your packages are delivered promptly.
PLEASE NOTE: If an item was purchased fraudulently or deemed illegal and seized by the Customs, Heroshe does not bear any responsibility to retrieve, repurchase, or refund that item. Our export/import prohibition list is not comprehensive since it is only meant to be a helpful guide.
The customer will bear responsibility to:
- Confirm the legality of items they are shipping.
- Ensure the item they are shipping is eligible for export out of the country of origin and import into the destination country.
- Research, buy, and only ship items that can clear export and import Customs.
- Provide valid proof of purchase.

Package Processing and Claiming Policy
To improve transparency and ensure the accurate processing of customer packages, we have updated our policy on how packages are handled and claimed when they arrive at our warehouses.
Please read the details carefully:
Package Processing:
Once a package arrives at our warehouse, it is processed and linked to the customer’s dashboard if the details (such as the name) on the package match the name on the customer’s Heroshe account. If a package does not have clear labeling (due to a name difference or incorrect spelling), it will be placed in the "Unknown Section" of our warehouse until the rightful owner claims it. There are also instances where a customer has multiple accounts with similar names. The customer's packages are
equally placed in the "Unknown Section" of our warehouse until the rightful owner claims it.
Claiming Your Package:
For packages without proper labels, customers can claim ownership using the following methods:
1. Package Claim Using Tracking Number:
Customers can visit their dashboard and use the "Expecting a Shipment" feature. This lets customers pre-alert our warehouse about an incoming package, linking it to their account. When the package arrives and is scanned, it will automatically be assigned to the customer’s account.
2. Reaching Out to Customer Support:
Customers can equally contact the Heroshe customer support via email, or live chat on their dashboard, providing details such as the tracking number and the name on the package. Customer support may also guide the customer to use the "Expecting a Shipment" feature for the package to be correctly assigned.
Important Note: Heroshe will assign a package to the customer's account once a package is claimed. However, Heroshe will not be responsible for any disputes arising from packages claimed by third parties, including friends or relatives, in cases of misunderstanding or misuse of tracking information.
